Rudy and Cookie

Been a while since I posted some characters. And these were from an old dump as their old drawings are shown on the right.

Rudy: A rowdy, vain and never-wanna-be-wrong type of girl from Normutta Town. She appears to be a Medusa. But truth is those snakes are just harmless water squirting snakes that just feel like hiding in her hat. She even named them all. But she has a hard time telling them apart... She has a lacky named Cookie. She often picks on her. Yet Cookie still finds her a friend and thinks of her as just "playing rough". Rudy's capable of shooting a beam to freeze opponents. yet its' not a petrifying attack. It's a icy cold beam that temporarily freezes things. Rudy doesn't really need the sunglasses either(She just finds them cool and fitting...) She can do this attack at will. but if the beam bounces of walls. And can hit anyone! Even herself.

Cookie: A strange cheerleader. Nobody really knows where she came from. And unlike most stereotypical cheerleaders. She's pretty lazy and will often yawn and just spin. Cookie can also be seen eating frequently. Her best friend's Rudy. Though Rudy sorta finds her "a nuisance". Her spinning is her way to initiate attacks. But it takes a long time of spinning to activate powerful attacks. And she'll get dizzy and fall asleep afterwards...
